Important shipping update

From 22 May 2020 we will be implementing new shipping rates for some countries. Most countries will be largely unaffected, but we have found that local postal services in some countries aren't able to provide the reliable and timely delivery service that we want to offer our customers, with long delays and even lost packages.

For orders shipping to these countries, we will use a more reliable tracked parcel service. We aim to introduce this service as an option for all our customers across the globe, in addition to the low shipping rates already available for most destinations.
