Update 4 October 2021: shipping to EU countries 

Since the UK left the EU we are obliged to levy VAT on direct online purchases to consumers in EU countries at the rate applicable in each EU Member State. However, we cannot be held responsible for additional customs clearance charges that may be levied by individual local postal services upon arrival of the goods in each EU country.

Update 1 March 2021: shipping to countries outside the UK

We have reviewed the list of countries to which we currently send orders, following unacceptable levels of delivery failures and delays in some areas. We have found there are some countries to which no reliable and affordable delivery service is available, so with great regret, we have taken the tough decision that we will no longer be shipping worldwide.

For all the countries in the list below, we offer an economy Royal Mail service. While this is usually a very reliable service, packages can sometimes be delayed. Most orders to addresses outside the UK take at least two weeks, and sometimes as long as twelve weeks, to arrive. We ask that you kindly wait until after this time has passed to email us about any order you have placed that appears to be delayed.

If your order to one of these countries has not arrived within 12 weeks, or for any other queries relating to book or magazine purchases, please email rpipresshelp@raspberrypi.com.

If your country doesn’t appear in the list above, we may be able to send your order via international courier. If you are interested in arranging this, please send us an email to the address below detailing your order and address, and we see whether we can provide a quote for shipping. Please note that it can take up to 48 working hours for us to reply to such enquiries.
